How to Use
Longevity is your daily stack of small, science-backed protocols — habits drawn from researchers like Huberman, Attia, and Patrick — picked for the goals you care about. You build a stack, check protocols off each day, keep your streak alive, and watch your vitality score and goals climb over time.
There are 4 main screens in the app, plus several other useful pages.
- Today
- Stats
- Explore
- My Stack
- Protocol Detail
- Settings
Today
This is the main screen of the app — your plan for the day. Your protocols are grouped by when to do them: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Anytime, and This Week (for protocols you do a few times a week rather than daily).
Tap a protocol to mark it complete; tap again to undo. As you check things off, the header tracks how many you’ve done that day. Clear everything and you’ll get an all-done screen. Use the arrows in the header to look back at previous days or check what’s ahead.
Tap any protocol’s name to open its full detail page.
Stats
Here you’ll see the big picture. At the top is your overall vitality score and a chart showing how it’s trending over time. Below that, every goal you’ve chosen gets a progress card — tap one to dive into that goal. At the bottom is a summary of how this week has gone.
Explore
Explore is the full protocol library. Swipe through protocol cards, filter by a specific goal using the rail at the top, or open search to find something by name. Tap any protocol to read about it and add it to your stack.
My Stack
My Stack is your personal lineup — every protocol you’ve committed to, with how often you do each one (daily, a few times a week, or specific days). Up top you’ll see your profile and the goals you’re working toward. If your stack is empty, head to Explore to add protocols. Tap the gear icon in the top corner to open Settings.
Protocol Detail
Every protocol has its own page with a photo, a short description, why it works, how to do it, and the research source it’s based on. From here you can Add to stack, or — if it’s already in your stack — Remove it or Edit settings to change how often and when it shows up in Today (every day, a few times a week, or on specific days; morning, afternoon, evening, or whenever). You can always reset a protocol back to its recommended schedule.
Settings
Reach Settings from the gear icon on the My Stack screen. Here you can edit your profile, manage your goals (add or remove any goal at any time — your stack and stats adjust to match), rate the app, contact support, and read the privacy policy and terms of service. If you signed in with Apple, you can also sign out.
